Rumor: Killzone 3 Gets 2011 PS3 Target Date by Guerrilla Games

Three weeks ago it was [url=http://www.ps3news.com/PlayStation-3/rumor-killzone-3-in-development-for-ps3-scheduled-for-2010/]rumored[/url] that Killzone 3 is in development for Sony’s PS3 console, and tentatively scheduled for release sometime during 2010.

Today, ConnectedConsoles.com (linked above) is reporting that Guerrilla Studios employee [b]Jan-Bart Van Beek[/b] stated the title is actually being developed with a 2011 target date, but the game could be released as early as 2010.

For now, it’s just more fuel on the fire for the rumormill… as there has been no official confirmation by Guerrilla Games nor Sony.

To quote: When speaking in a video interview with a Dutch TV Show recently, Guerrilla Studios employee Jan-Bart Van Beek is reported to claim "Right now, Killzone 3 for a release in 2011, is being developed. Who knows, maybe we’ll see the game even as early as 2010."
