Rumor: Japan PSN Is Live, US and UK to Follow.

According to an article posted by VGamers, it looks like the Japanese version of the PlayStation Network is now live. While this hasn't been confirmed by Sony, it looks like several posts on Twitter point to the services getting the green light. Sony has yet to reveal an official release date for services completely resuming on the US and UK side, however rumors are pointing to as early as tomorrow.
