Microsoft Wants Datel Suit Dismissed

Quick recap: Back in November, Microsoft locked third-party memory devices out of Xbox 360s (qjnet/xbox-360/xbox-360-system-update-to-remove-support-for-unauthorized-storage-devices.html). Datel was disappointed (Datel-disappointed-at-MS-for-storage-device-lockout/pg/49/aid/135365), they went looking for a way around the lockout (Datel-now-looking-into-workaround-for-Xbox-360-device-lockout/pg/49/aid/135566), but then they ended up suing Microsoft (qjnet/xbox-360/datel-sues-microsoft-over-memory-device-lockout.html).
